1Ls can make an appointment with an AEP Exam Writing Fellow for their Criminal Law and Procedure course. The exam writing fellows can help students with planning and organizing their exam answers. 

For example, writing fellows can help students learn how to identify the role the student is in when answering the question, explaining how that role informs the applicable standard, identifying and explaining the relevant standard, applying the relevant facts to the standard, reaching a conclusion (i.e., answering the exact question presented).
