The East Asian Legal Studies Center is pleased to announce that five University of Wisconsin Law School students will be interning in Thailand or Vietnam this summer.

YKVN Lawyers, a widely respected Vietnamese law firm formerly the affiliate of White and Case in Vietnam, recruited for interns in both their Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices.

The East Asian Legal Studies Center assists YKVN by collecting applications and interviewing applicants. Final decisions are made by YKVN lawyers. Mr. John Davis, a UW Law Alum, is in charge of the program and is pleased to have three UW Law students join him this summer:

Thammasat University in Bangkok, Thailand also has a long running relationship with the EALSC. Dr. Munin Pongsapan is the Associate Dean and Director of International Programs at Thammasat, and he is also pleased to host two UW Law students this summer:
