Students interested in polishing their revised small-section paper for a writing sample should attend our writing-sample workshop at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 17, 2010, in room 5229. We'll cover the basics of reader expectations, format, organization, and style. The focus will be on how to polish your revised memo efficiently in time to submit it with job and fellowship applications.
