The conference "Lawyering for a New Democracy: Changing Roles and Practices" will be held at the Law School on Thursday, May 31st in Lubar Commons. Information about the workshop is now available at the workshop Web site http://www.law.wisc.edu/conferences/lawyering

Anyone planning to attend is asked to register in advance, preferably by May 1st, so that the organizers can have an accurate count for food and seating.

The workshop is sponsored by the Institute for Legal Studies, the Oliver S. Rundell Fund, the UW European Union Center, and the UW International Institute, with partial funding from the Open Society Institute.
