The free speech advocates and social critics Adbusters will present a free lecture on Thursday, March 21 at 7 p.m. in Lubar Commons (Room 7200) of the UW Law School, sponsored by the Law School and the UW-Madison Art Department. Adbusters, a non-profit free speech advocacy group from British Columbia, Canada, will lecture on the group's role in combating the influences of corporate advertising on the consumer mind. They will discuss ways of culture-jamming the corporate mega-structure in today's advertising hierarchy. Admission is free.
