Professor Victoria F. Nourse has been named a recipient of an H. I. Romnes Faculty Fellowship, based on a record of outstanding scholarship. The award brings a $50,000 research fund to a faculty member of proven scholarly potential at a dynamic period of career development.
Nourse's scholarship has blended numerous fields, including criminal law, constitutional law, legal history and feminist theory.
Nourse joined the faculty of the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1993.
