On Friday through Sunday, March 26-28, the University of Wisconsin Law School Moot Court Board will host its annual Evan A Evans Moot Court Competition, taking place at the City/County Building, 210 Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard in downtown Madison.
Named for Seventh Circuit Judge Evan A. Evans, a graduate of the UW Law School, this constitutional law competition will feature thirty-two moot court eams from ABA-accredited law schools from across the nation. This year's issue concerns the conflict between off-campus student Web sites that depict school personnel and students in negative ways and the right to Free Speech.
