University of Wisconsin Law School Professor D. Gordon Smith is co-author of the newly published book Business Organizations: Cases, Problems, and Case Studies (Aspen 2004).
Smith joined the University of Wisconsin's law faculty in 2002 and is also one of the principal faculty of INSITE, the Initiative for Studies in Technology Entrepreneurship.
Professor Cynthia A. Williams of the University of Illinois is Smith's co-author.
