University of Wisconsin Law School Professor D. Gordon Smith is co-author of the newly published book Business Organizations: Cases, Problems, and Case Studies (Aspen 2004).

Smith joined the University of Wisconsin's law faculty in 2002 and is also one of the principal faculty of  INSITE, the Initiative for Studies in Technology Entrepreneurship.

Professor Cynthia A. Williams of the University of Illinois is Smith's co-author.

Business Organizations reflects changes in the structure of business enterprise, incorporates actual practice materials, and provides additional materials on the Web for anyone seeking further coverage of specific topics.  It uses recent cases and new ?classics? in addition to ten business-school style case studies.

Smith and Williams are also completing a 250-page Instructor's Manual.
