Peter Tempelis, a second-year student at the University of Wisconsin Law School, has been named to the 2005 Student Symposium Editorial Board for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.
The board's members are competitively selected from the nation's top law schools. The Symposium Edition for which Tempelis will serve as an editor will contain articles presented at the 24th Annual Federalist Society Student Symposium, held at Harvard Law School in February 2005.
The Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, published three times annually, is the most widely circulated student-published law review in the country and the nation's leading forum for conservative and libertarian legal scholarship.
This is the second time in two years that the UW Law School has attained this achievement: In 2004, Tempelis's twin brother, Eric, then a first-year student, was awarded the same honor. Eric served on the 2004 Student Symposium board.
