"WTO Dispute Settlement and Developing Countries: Use, Implications, Strategies, Reforms," a two-day international conference, will take place at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Friday and Saturday, May 20-21, 2005.
The conference will bring prominent economists, political scientists, and legal scholars interested in the WTO dispute settlement system and its use by, and implications for, developing countries.
Sponsors of the conference are the Law School's East Asian Legal Studies Center, the Global Legal Studies Initiative, Center for World Affairs and the Global Economy, International Institute, and Center for South East Asian Studies.
