University of Wisconsin Law School student Victor Salgado 3L has been elected national president of the Law Student Division of the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA). Salgado was sworn in at the organization’s annual convention gala in Washington, D.C., in October 2005.

The swearing-in ceremony for Salgado and the entire HNBA Board of Governors was performed by Judge Ricardo M. Urbina, of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
