University of Wisconsin Law School Professor Gordon Smith is participating in a series of debates with UCLA Professor Steve Bainbridge on the Web site "Point of Law" during the week of September 11-15, 2006.
The series, titled "Who’s the Boss?", will address the question of whether shareholders or directors should have primary control of corporate governance.
