The third biennial Midwest Law and Society Retreat will begin the afternoon of September 15, 2006, at 3 p.m. at the Pyle Center on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus, organized by the Institute of Legal Studies at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Keynote speaker for the opening session is Professor Marianne Constable, Professor of Rhetoric at the University of California at Berkeley, whose talk is titled "How to Do Things with Law."
