An annual Corporate Practice Commentator poll of law professors who teach corporate and securities law has selected an article by D. Gordon Smith of the University of Wisconsin Law School as one of the Top 10 articles nationwide for 2006.
Smith’s article was chosen from among 450 articles in the field.
Titled "The Exit Structure of Venture Capital," Smith’s article was published in the UCLA Law Review: 53 UCLA L. Rev. 315-346 (2005).
