The University of Wisconsin Law School will present its 2007 Kastenmeier Lecture on Friday, November 30, 2007, at 4 p.m. in Room 2260 (Godfrey & Kahn Hall). Keynote speaker Harold Hongju Koh, Dean of Yale Law School, will discuss "The National Security Constitution in a Time of Terror."

An introduction to the talk will be contributed by U.S. Senator Russ Feingold. Special comments will be presented by U.S. Congressman Tom Petri.
