In the next talk in the series on U.S. Supreme Court cases, Kevin Kelly ‘91, the UW Law School’s Assistant Dean for Curricular Affairs, will discuss the Guantanamo cases on Wednesday, November 28. The talk will be in Lubar Commons, Room 7200, at 2 p.m.
Kelly received a B.S. degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and is an officer in the Naval Reserve, specializing in military operational law issues. He teaches courses on the Law of Armed Conflict and on the Just War tradition.
The University of Wisconsin Law School faculty lecture series on the U.S. Supreme Court during the fall 2007 semester is specifically geared toward law students who are interested in informing themselves on key issues.
