University of Wisconsin Law School Professor Anuj Desai shared his expertise on copyright law in an interview with Milwaukee Journal Sentinel writer Don Walker for the "Business of Sports" blog posted on Wednesday, January 9, 2008.
Desai discussed the copyright protection laws underpinning the current confrontation between the National Football League and theaters planning to show playoff games on large screens during upcoming weekends.
