Michael Morgalla of the University of Wisconsin Law Library has been named recipient of the UW-Madison 2008 Library Service Award in the Classified Staff category. Morgalla is being recognized for exemplary service in his working relationships with colleagues and clients, and for achievements that have significantly benefitted library services.
In addition to Morgalla, UW Law Library student employee Steven Weber is one of four students on the campus to receive a 2008 Library Service Award.
Both Morgalla and Weber were honored with four other campuswide winners at a reception on May 1, 2008, at the University Club.
Other award recipients are Jeanne Witte, Academic Librarian, Steenbock Library, the recipient for the Academic Staff; and students Colette Hershey, Daniel Hooker, and Ann E. Ingebritson.
