The University of Wisconsin Law Library’s blog, WisBlawg, created by Head of Reference Bonnie Shucha, has been selected for syndication by Newstex. Content will be added to the Newstex blog’s database and made available through vendors such as LexisNexis, ProQuest, Cengage Gale and others.

WisBlawg, at http://www.law.wisc.edu/blogs/wisblawg, will celebrate its fifth anniversary in spring 2009. In addition to the many readers it has through the Internet, it currently has approximately 200 subscribers, a mix of lawyers, judges, librarians, law students and professors.  Subscribers choose to have WisBlawg delivered automatically by e-mail or RSS feed.
