The Wisconsin Law Review chose its 2009-10 Senior Editorial Board on April 5, 2009, in an election that lasted eleven hours. The protracted deliberations were a result of a highly qualified candidate pool interested in the twelve available positions, said current Editor-in-Chief Gretchen Cleveland.

William Dalsen will be the Editor-in-Chief for 2009-10. Other students who won positions are:
