Second-year law student Nathan T. Otis has been awarded the University of Wisconsin Law School’s 2009 Gordon Baldwin Scholarship for Excellence in Criminal Law.
The award, named for the Law School’s prominent and beloved late professor Baldwin, is conferred annually by attorney Joel Hirschhorn of the Class of 1967, who practices with Hirschhorn and Bieber PA in Coral Gables, Florida.
Otis’s award recognizes outstanding achievement both academically and in his work with the Wisconsin Innocence Project at the Law School’s Frank J. Remington Center.
