Andrew Adams '06 confirmed as Muscogee Nation Supreme Court Chief Justice

OKMULGEE, Okla. — Muscogee (Creek) Nation Supreme Court Chief Justice Andrew Adams III was selected on December 12, 2014 to serve another one-year term on the court.

Previously, Adams was first selected to serve in January 2012. He served as vice-chief justice for the 2013 term and was selected as chief justice in 2013.

“The opportunity to serve the Nation in this capacity is an honor and it’s an opportunity for me to give back,” Adams said.

Adams is a member of the Wind Clan and the Tallahasse Wvkokaye Ceremonial Ground.
