David Trubek was a panelist (along with Duncan Kennedy and Mark Tushnet, both of Harvard Law School) at "The Founding Moment (A Conversation)." The presentation was part of the Critical Legal Studies: Intellectual History of the Past and Present conference, held at Princeton University in February 2020.
