Jonathan Scharrer presented "Equitable Systems Design in Restorative Justice" during the National Center on Restorative Justice Equitable System Design Institute on March 31, 2023. The institute gathers a diverse group of practitioners, academics and professionals at the interface of restorative justice and the criminal legal system from across the country to advance "equitable systems design" for restorative justice in criminal legal processes.
