Biography
Aaron is a Clinical Instructor in the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic, with a private-sector background both as a lawyer and entrepreneur.
After graduating from UW Law School, Aaron spent a decade in corporate law working with founders and entrepreneurs in connection with starting, scaling and selling their businesses, before taking a role as the General Counsel then Chief Operating Officer of a B2B software company headquartered in Europe. Currently, in addition to serving as a Clinical Instructor, Aaron is at work building a start up in the Milwaukee area.
Beyond UW Law School, Aaron serves as the Chairman of Liberty in North Korea (“LiNK”), an international NGO that helps North Korean refugees escape through a 3,000-mile secret rescue route and empowers North Koreans who have reached freedom to be changemakers, advocates, and leaders on this issue. LiNK also accelerates change inside North Korea through its Labs initiatives that disseminate information and technology into North Korea from the outside world.
