Biography

Dane County Court Commissioner

Commissioner Quiroga is a graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington receiving a BA in 1996. Commissioner Quiroga is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School class of 2001. Prior to being appointed a Dane County Court Commissioner he was a trial attorney for approximately 20 years concentrating in the areas of Divorce, Termination of Parental Rights, CHIPS and general civil litigation. He has been a Court Commissioner since 2020 presiding over Family Law, CHIPS, Juvenile, Mental Commitments, Small Claims and Guardianship cases. He is an avid fan of the Grateful Dead.
