Biography
Brady Minter joined the Office of Career & Professional Development in November 2024 as an associate director. Prior to starting his work at the Law School, Brady practiced athletics compliance at the University of Wisconsin Athletic Department. During his time at the Athletic Department, Brady prepared self-reports, student-athlete reinstatement requests, and legislative relief waivers for submission to the NCAA and Big Ten Conference, and served as the compliance liaison for multiple sport programs. He also served as the Eligibility & Infractions Chair for the Intercollegiate Rowing Association, and managed the annual audit of the Athletic Department’s compliance office.
Brady earned his B.A. in Communication Arts: Film, TV, & Radio at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his J.D. at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
While in law school, Brady interned for a television network and a Hollywood talent agent, and also served as a research assistant to a USC law professor.
Away from work, Brady loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys golfing, keeping up with the latest Oscar contenders, and introducing his girls to Bucky Badger at UW sporting events.
