Biography

Jeff Bowen is a partner at Perkins Coie practicing in the firm's Insurance Coverage Litigation group.  He has represented a wide range of clients in commercial litigation and insurance matters, and his practice focuses on representing large public and private companies, and their directors and officers, in disputes with their insurance carriers.   Jeff also advises policyholders on a wide range of insurance coverage issues, particularly in connection with Directors & Officers policies.  Recently, he has represented several large financial services companies in various arbitrations involving coverage for securities claims.

Jeff also represents commercial clients in patent and copyright disputes, breach of contract actions and regulatory matters.  His clients have included telecommunications, entertainment and energy companies, as well as non-profit organizations.

Jeff has also represented pro bono clients in immigration and voting rights matters.
