Biography
Jeff Mandell is an attorney at Law Forward, a non-partisan, non-profit firm focused on defending and advancing democracy in Wisconsin. His practice focuses on constitutional, statutory and administrative law in the areas of redistricting, voting rights and state government.
Before joining Law Forward, Jeff worked in private practice in Madison (Stafford Rosenbaum LLP), Washington (Jones Day) and Chicago (Bartlit Beck LLP). In private practice, Jeff focused on a broad spectrum of complex litigation and appeals. Prior to private practice, Jeff served as a law clerk to the Honorable A. Raymond Randolph on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
Jeff has written and spoken extensively about Wisconsin courts and procedure.
