Biography
Prior to joining the LAAW teaching faculty, Tony Lucchesi was a Senior Staff Attorney for the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. Before that, he practiced law in the private sector for two years and served as Associate University Legal Counsel in the UW-Madison’s Office of Legal Affairs for one year. He clerked for Justice Ann Walsh Bradley of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Professor Lucchesi earned his bachelor’s degree with distinction from the UW-Madison and his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He was an articles editor for the Wisconsin Law Review and selected for the Order of the Coif. Before law school, he worked at the State Bar of Wisconsin, primarily on projects supporting Bar members' pro bono activities.
