Mark Sidel was elected chair of the board of directors of Give2Asia, the primary U.S. philanthropic intermediary organization facilitating cross-border giving between American donors and charitable, educational and community organizations in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. 

Christopher Lau, co-director of the Wisconsin Innocence Project (WIP), testified Dec. 17, 2025, before the Wisconsin State Senate Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety regarding the need to update the state's Exoneree Compensation Statute. He was joined by Keith Findley, WIP's co-founder and emeritus professor.
