Exams on Laptops
As a quick reminder, please make sure to update, install, and more importantly TEST the exam software at least a day or two before your exam.
We historically have managed to get folks updated at the last minute. However, there have been times where students have started their exams late, or had other issues that would have easily been resolved with some forethought and planning. It's mostly stressful for YOU the students; it's also stressful for US as we want you to be as successful as possible while taking your exams.
If you have any questions, feel free to stop by our office 2270 or email us at help@law.wisc.edu.

Sluggish typing response for MACINTOSH
- Our software vendor is working to correct the problem, and in the interim a workaround is available.
- To regain normal typing speed, students should close the Document Statistics window by clicking the 'Show Document Statistics' checkbox on the right-hand side of the screen. If you need to check your statistics (word count, etc) feel free to toggle the window on and off as needed.
