Scholars from UW and across the nation gathered at the UW Law School on Nov. 12-13 to examine intellectual property from the standpoint of intergenerational equity for the Wisconsin Law Review's 2010 Symposium.
The Symposium was hosted by UW Law Professor Shubha Ghosh, and featured UW Law Professors Anuj Desai and Pilar Ossorio, along with distinguished speakers from Georgetown University Law Center, Harvard Law School, Princeton University, Seattle University School of Law, the University of California Berkeley School of Law, and others from UW and around the country.
