The UW Law Library has recently published a research guide to print and electronic
English Legal Materials available at the law library and accessible freely online. England is of course a part of the United Kingdom. This guide, however, focuses on the laws of England and Wales in particular, and does not include Scotland and Northern Ireland, which have separate court systems.
The law library has a separate guide to European Union Law, which may be binding on English
courts. This of course will likely change pending the "Brexit" negotiations following the outcome of the UK's referendum in June, 2016.
