Generations of lawyers have found counsel in American Law Reports (A.L.R.).  The primary purpose of this title's focused articles is to provide expert guidance on a myriad of legal topics.

First appearing in 1919, American Law Reports is now in its 7th Series.  Some of the features each article has to offer to facilitate your research include: a concise overview of the topic; detailed analysis of every case on point for the topic; a table of cases and statutes by jurisdiction; practice pointers; and research references to other secondary sources by West.
