Here are a few Apps to help you prepare your taxes.  These Tax Apps are designed to help you fill out your tax forms, get your receipts organized and answer your tax questions.  Some of the Apps are free of charge.

Keep in mind that no App is going to be able to provide the assistance that tax software or a tax professional can provide, but these Apps can help with your tax chores and may be especially helpful if you are filing a 1040EZ tax form.

AskaCPA  -  This App Answers simple tax questions.

Bloomberg BNA Quick Tax Reference App  - Bloomberg BNA won't help you with your taxes, but is a good resource if you have a question about the tax code.

Expensify - If your mobile device has a camera then Expensify allows you to capture snapshots of your receipts and file them for review later.

iDonatedit - Organize your non-receipt charitable donations for tax purposes.

Shoeboxed.com - Paperless way to organize your receipts.

H& R Block At Home 1040EZ -  H&R Block says it will help file your 1040EZ form and state form for free.

TurboTax SnapTax - If you don't have to itemize, don't own a home and made under $100,000 this year, then Snaptax advertises that it can help you prepare you taxes in 10 minutes or less.
