The library has a new guide on Health Law covering books and periodicals on health law, ethics issues, health law cases, laws & regulations, agency decisions, medicare/medicaid, electronic resources, and tips on how to research health law by subject in the library catalog and online databases.

Both Lexis and Westlaw have health law resources in their databases, including the Health Law Handbook, Health Law Practice and Health Care Law: A Practice Guide.  Links to these databases are included in the Health Law guide under the tab "Electronic Resources."

Another great resource located in the Electronic Resources tab is Bloomberg LawBNA's Health Law Resource Center has a variety of health law information, including cases, laws and regulations, information on the Affordable Care Act, the latest cases on fraud, abuse and compliance, health regulations, medicare and medicaid, hospital provider regulations and the BNA newsletter Health Care Daily Report and Health Law Reporter.

Bloomberg LawBNA is keyword searchable and includes additional search features to narrow your topic.

This guide also includes links to the Center for Patient Partnerships and the Health Sciences Library at the University.
