The American Society of International Law (ASIL) has
recently released ILEX, an online database of selected U.S.
court cases (federal and state) and related materials that address the
interpretation and application of international law. Most of the cases are
available in full text (pdf), accompanied by case summaries and a brief
analysis of the decision. The database allows for searching by keyword, topic, treaty or statute.
While ILEX does not yet include an extensive amount of case law, nor is there any information on dates of coverage, it’s a work in progress, so stay tuned.
