John Ohnesorge reviewed the book "Law & Capitalism" by Columbia Law School scholars Curtis Milhaupt and Katharina Pistor in the American Journal of Comparative Law; the book addresses the role of corporate law in economic development. Ohnesorge also wrote a contribution for “The Future of Law and Development,” the Northwestern Law Review Colloquy’s online symposium.
