Steph Tai and Daniel Cornelius published "Can We Save Our Foodways? The Inflation Reduction Act, Climate Change, and Food Justice" in the Yale Law Journal Forum on Apr. 17, 2024. Read the essay.
Dan Cornelius is helping lead one of four projects to support rural communities and Tribal nations in Wisconsin, funded through the Wisconsin Rural Partnership initiative at UW–Madison. "Connecting Cultural Values and Indigenous Research Towards Food System Resilience" will deploy a 28-person team across the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, the Great Lakes Indigenous Law Center and the Division of Extension.
Dan Cornelius presented “Food Sovereignty: Strengthening Our Communities Through Agriculture” in July 2020. His talk was part of the Indigenous Speakers Series hosted by Northwest Indian College-Nez Perce Site and the University of Washington-Tacoma.
