The Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic offers transactional legal services to both off-campus and on-campus entrepreneurs, including students and faculty. Subject to NCAA guidance, applicable NIL policies and state law, student athletes from anywhere in the state of Wisconsin can apply to the clinic for review of their Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) contracts.
